PRE WORKOUT

Each session will provide you with the perfect warmup to dissipate muscle tension, increase blood flow, flexibility, and range of motion, improving overall performance. Beginning your workout with orthodox stretching intertwined with mobility also reduces the risk of injury significantly.

FLEXABILITY TRAINING

Stretch therapy is also for my ladies that have flexibility goals and are looking for the proper guidance to achieve advanced poses and hyperextension. By leaving room for added hold in certain poses will allow the body to completely relax, creating a substantial feeling of gratification upon rising.

POST WORKOUT COOL DOWN

Each session aids in the elimination of lactic acid and rejuvinates the muscle proving immediate recovery. All classes are a great solution to pain prevention and the preservation of range of motion.
